Booking

Auto-adjustment

If there is a reschedule of a Transport stage, i.e. of a flight number or timing, changing this via Transport file maintenance will automatically update all bookings on that stage.
Any booking, either in progress, optioned or confirmed, can be amended by duration, departure date, party size or any other element without needing to cancel.

Accounting System

Accounting System has build in accounting control both receivables and payables. This allows accounting to control and apply payments from both customers and to vendors. Report wise there will be management tools to list profit/loss by month/customer and reports like 'aging' and 'cash requirement'. The software will also interface with various accounting applications.

Pricing and Costing

Pricing and costing can be date banded. VietTour pricing and costing have the following features:

• Pricing can be duration controlled and for holidays containing any form of accommodation.
